The One Page Business Plan is based on a popular tool called the Business Model Canvas. You have an idea for a business or new product line but aren’t sure how or why to start a Business Plan? This is the class for you! Learn to use the Business Model Canvas to visualize and access your business idea. This helpful tool is a one-page document containing sections that represent different fundamental elements of a business. The BMC provides a quick overview of the business and clarifies how different parts of the business fit together. You will jump start writing your plan or helps you work through a new product or service idea.
